Re: Parent Conferences

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The teachers and administration of the Fairfield Area High School invite you to attend the 2026 October Parent /Teacher Conferences.  In an effort to accommodate parents, we will provide in-person and virtual parent conference time slots that parents/guardians may sign up for in advance.  If you would like to have a parent conference with a HS teacher you must schedule the conference in advance.

2026-2027 Fall Parent/Teacher Conference Dates and Times:

The High School teachers communicate HS Parent Conference Signups through Parent Square by Thursday, September 24th for parents/guardians to sign up for parent conferences with individual teachers.   To reiterate… by Thursday, September 24th a communication from your child’s high school teacher will be sent to you via Parent Square for parents/guardians to sign up for in-person parent conferences or virtual parent conferences through Google Meet.

Student progress may be checked online through the Skyward Family Access Portal.  The high school encourages parents/guardians to refer to their student’s on-line grade information to monitor their on-going progress throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

2026-2027 Marking Period End Dates:

We look forward to seeing you at Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences.   Please remember to sign up via the Parent Square Communication before 12 Noon on Thursday, October 8th.  If you have any questions, please call the Fairfield Area High School office at 717-642-2004.

Keep Moving Forward,

Brian W. McDowell
